While picking up a half box today the teller tells me someone cashed in some old $1.00 bills and she was saving them for me. Not in good condition but one is a 1935D and one is a ☆ note which is in the best condition of them all. Is it worth anything?

I may be mistaken but I believe 57' Star notes are somewhat common and maybe only worth $3. But, yours has leading zeros so it might garner a little more. Nice pickup regardless!

I would post it on the Paper Currencies forum on TreasureNet (Paper Currencies )

That is where those type topics are best answered.
