I feel bad that I'm always asking questions an not really contributing to the forum but i guess that's what new people do ;D..

I'm still chugging away selling things off so i can get a metal detector.. These coins are next on the auction block
The quarters are not in perfect shape, the liberty is ok, and the Morgan is near perfect...
Would i be better off selling them all as one lot or by denomination? I figure someone is only buying them for the scrap price since they have not been slabbed??? Don't really know about coins. What dollar range should i expect to get for the group?

Thanks for the help!

The '1900' will be worth more than scrap especially if the mint mark is 'O' over 'CC'; or if the mark is "S"; otherwise, the 'plain' 'O' and no mint mark varieties have little to no premium over spot UNLESS your coin could be considered in the mid-to high 60s grades. The mintmark, if any, will be found below the reverse side wreath.

Thanks for the reply, no mint mark on the 1900.
I will have to read up on this grading stuff and figure out if its worth sending out.

:)

My two cents: No, it's not worth the cost to send out that coin for grading if has no mint mark.
Don.....

Thanks :icon_thumleft:
