Well still coin shooting. Hitting loads of worn copper coins, very few silver ones though. This silver watch fob made up for it though. It's a good size, and hallmarked Birmingham 1904. Time for some more new site hunting.

Robert.

Rob finds everything ! Like the button, vanzutphen

FOBs are always a welcome find, I've yet to find one that was sterling, guess it can happen tho, thats why we keep searching !

Congrats on some nice finds. Like that button.

A lot of silver items were made in Birmingham over there in England for some reason. Does it have an anchor hallmark? My beautiful carnelian stone domed silver thimble that I found in Devon was hallmarked in Birmingham as well. Great fob! Other items are cool too.

Cheers Ahab, I only have short sessions, but I try to get out a few times a week. I think the short sessions keep me keen.
