Silver from the reject

I have all the tellers at a branch collecting silver from the reject tray of the coin counter behind the desk. They will replace the silver dime(most often a dime) with a non silver one and return it to the customer as to not short change them.

This is my kind of CRH-
Sit back and let the silver come to me. Sure its only 5-10 dimes / week. But heck, I dont have to do any work for it!

Nice, I wish my tellers did this, but they don't like me that much, and I go to TD bank so they don't have as much access to the reject tube as compared to one behind the counter

I'm only averaging 1-2 dimes per week, and i have to look through all the rolls...so forgive me if i'm not feeling too sorry for your "only 5-10 a week" with no effort! HA!
Awesome strategy....I can't imagine that the tellers around me would do that.
