nope nothing after the numbers and there doesnt seem to be a date mark on it unless we're missing it

Yes that sure looks like the anchor hall mark of silver assayed in Birmingham. England.

It's the 20th century Gorham mark so could be a piece from the period 1933-1940 when year marking was discontinued:
