Silver. IH and more. WV

Took a buddy of mine out today who wanted to try out MDing. Gave him my XTerra and we hit a county park first to get him use to the MD and pinpointing. This is were I got the .925 engagement ring and clad. We then headed out to this old farm house were we had permission to hunt and I got the IH, wheaties and other jewelry. We only got the front yard in today so the side and back yard may still hold some more goodies. HH!

Nice bunch of finds. That spot looks really good, I'm betting you find a bunch more. How did your friend like metal detecting? Did he manage to locate and dig some things on his own? I wish I had someone to guide me when I started. Man, the first few times I went out were ridiculous. My first hole wound up being two feet around, and I ended up with a bug piece of junk haha. My old Garrett told me it was going to be a half dollar...

He found a 1967 quarter at the old farm and some pennies that needed cleaned up and clad at the park. Says he loved it and is ready to go again. I was just waiting to pull some silver out or a v nickel, half dime. Let your imagination go wild. LOL, Big Wave Dave I see them all over to, but most won't let you hunt. Shame wasted history.
