Went wading into the water for the first time this year, pulled a bunch of junk but I usually feel pretty good about a return trip to a place that yields multiple lead weights, I think it's representative of a not recently hunted waterway.
Thanks, yea the ring is junk but maybe that means there's more to be found, at low tide I can venture out as far as I feel capable of pulling my leg up through the silt, Prob at least 60 yards out. I've read the area nearby was used as a hand powered rope and raft ferry in the horse and buggy times.
