So I am getting pretty crappy boxes of halves and have started doing more dimes and setting up a few road trips, which are pretty good in the smaller/rural towns. I thought about posting some Craig's List ads and I saw an ad on Craig's List for "11 Eisenhower dollars - $3 ea"...
I'm sure most people just scoffed at it, but I emailed the guy and he said they were all in the original packaging which said "silver dollar" on the outside of it. I told him to hold them for me and I will pay him full price. I picked them up at $3 ea and here is what I got...not bad as the melt val as of today is $8/ea.
When the AG is down, it's time to think outside of the box(es)...
