Silver in the pock!! Lol

We went shopping and hit the field next to the store. Its just a plain old open area. Got a solid 42-40 hit so dug it and boom a old dress weight and this 925 silver ring!!! In the same hole. Boom anyone have a idea of the stone?

Congrats on the cool finds. The stone appears to be opal, especially if it has the rainbow effect when you move it. If it doesn't have a rainbow effect, it is something else that is above my knowledge and pay grade. Same hole...hmm...the ring was caught in the hem of a Victorian era dress and lost with the weight on a long-ago church picnic or circus tent set up in the field...whoa...Sub

Yep has rainbow effect when moved pretty nice

Have that same ring. Center is mother of pearl, made within last ten years or so.

Yes , I agree with SusanMN, Mother of pearl and the ring is indeed modern - .925 as depicted inside the shank is a more modern designation . Nice find !
