After reading lenmac65's post about his awesome Barber spill, I was inspired to to get off my butt and into the snow in search of treasure. I returned to a favorite site where the snow cover was manageable. The targets were few and far between. After a wet and cold 2 hours, my haul included: an ox shoe, a 1963 dog tag, three pennies, and assorted crap. I finally hit on a good sounding signal, but I wasn't too optimistic, given the mid-70's VDI. Maybe a IHP? I was quite surprised when out popper a large copper. That's #4 for me for the year.

I did some gentle cleaning at home, and I was happy to see the profile of good ole King George ii. It's extremely worn, and the reverse is in awful shape, but still a great find in my book!

Thanks for taking a look. HH!
