Durring the summer m buddy and I Kayak down the Clackamas on hot days. We also do a little spearfishing for suckers and Squaw fish. This summer I was in the water with my snorkel on and spear in hand, and I noticed what looked like glitter amongst the river rocks. Has anybody heard of people finding silver in the river. If not, what could that have been that I saw. It would be pretty cool to get a little precious metal on a stretch of river that thousands use in the summertime, and never knew it was there.

Beer cans...??? BURP

Silver in the Clackamas I don’t think so. Wrong part of the country. Also silver is not silver in the raw form. You find silver in an oxide of various colors.

Thanks. It would have been kinda neat though. Oh well.
