SILVER RELIGIOUS MEDAL

Finally got out last friday with my xl pro to do some hunting.While I was scanning an area close to the canal in middletown ohio I dug this medal.It appears to be high quality and silver,The slide is marked 925 GJ 41 mex.It is a little bigger than a quarter.I would appreciate any information about history or age of this piece.Good luck hunting and thanks for looking.
