Silver Religious medallion. Need help identifying it.

Great day out in the snow and mud. Found my best religious medallion to date. Also a Tombac button, 4 musketballs, 1879 indian head and some other stuff. I was wondering if anyone knew how old the medallion was??

It's the Swiss Army Knife of Catholic Medals. Sacred Heart, Saint Christopher, Saint Joseph with the baby Jesus, and the most sacred of all, who gets one side all to herself, the Virgin Mary. Nice find.
