Silver , Wheats & Rings , Oh My !
Hey everyone ,
I got out for a four hour hunt this morning and re worked some schools from the past . The first school is where I found my first Seated half about 2 1/2 years ago . Well it still had some old silver to offer ! A 1915 Barber dime at 7 inches . I also found a very cool Kennedy half dollar pendent . Someone cut all around the Eagle on the back side of the coin . I wish it had been a silver half but it's dated 1972 . I then moved on to a school that has given up silver and Wheats before . Well it's still had more . I found a 1953D Washington , 1946S Rosie and a 1949D Rosie . Also found 5 Wheats . The other good find was a small .925 silver ring , #108 . 2 more junk rings were found , #109 &110 . Total clad for the hunt was $11.34 .
Great hunt and I can't wait to get at it again tomorrow !
