A a rare and great find - a big congrats !
Carson City silver coins are "Hens Teeth" this far East.
I never thought I had a chance of finding a "CC" mint marked coins here in Ohio - but I got real lucky this past Spring - dug a 1877 CC Seated Dime in almost mint condition !

P.S. - Just my opinion but ... I'd focus on the NOX.
My first glance: He found a Seated Liberty, that's nice.
