Single Signal Targets?

Hey Friends,

Are single signal sweeps (target generates a signal from one direction) valid targets? What are they if they aren't meta targets?

I have found only a few good things with targets like that, an old copper ring and a few other things, mostly .22 shells. If im in a modern area i hardly ever dig non-repeatable targets, but if im in an old area i do If they arent metal targets then a detector wont pick em up

What is happening if U change sweep speed?

Mostly the same thing. If I dig, alot of times I find nothing. THat's why I ask, I though maybe it was a deeper target.

deep targets can give erratic signals.if i am in an area that i know holds older stuff i will usually set the machine for all metal and dig any target above iron,erratic or not.in newer places i hunt it the same way as jake.
