Yep you got me

aa...would you mind if I worked on the pic a bit?

I keep seeing it as a rustic pic, but the power lines and
power pole need to go..8-)

Wow, you can feel the history in that pic...

dang didnt see it

dang didn't see it

Was the first thing I saw..lol

Your pic has all the makings of a superb image, but it'll take
some artwork (you'll never notice it) to really bring it out. I'll
take a shot as it as I need to keep my skills sharp.

cool

aa: Don't give up on me...I'm still working on this pic. The
bright skyline in the background caused the camera to use
a faster shutter speed than was needed for just the wagon,
and that's making for some extra work to mitigate.

Not to worry...I do love a challenge..8-)

But dislike power lines

Not trying to hurry you, Dizzy Digger; but really anxious to see the results of your work!

The original is a very cool shot, but here's my attempt. I made two copies and blended them together in photomatix. Tried to remove the powerlines and pole in photoshop elements.

Dizzy is better than this than I am, just got my curiosity going and thought I'd take a crack at it.

Not bad, Ron! I used to try repairing old family photos. If you've got the patience, which I don't anymore, you can get it down to changing it pixel by pixel. Lots of work.

Great work Ron! :occasion14:

I like how you handled the skyline...wasn't quite sure what
to do with it meself...:icon_scratch:

Here's the result I came up with. My goal was to bring out the
rustic look of the wagon, and to remove all signs of "civilization"
from the image. This included not only the power lines and pole,
but the roadway and house/buildings as well. This way it appears
as it was "back in the day".

For an accurate view be sure to click on the image to full size. Don't
know why, but images often show up fuzzy on the forum page, but
appear as they should once you click on them and they open in
a new window.

You guys did good. I was just playing with a picture of mine, and the sky was a really tough deal. Anyhow, love the picture. I must be a dirty old man, when he said "Sister inlaws front," I was really surprised to see a wagon. Shame on me. :dontknow:
