I went back to the spot that gave up 2 silver dimes on my last hunt. I figured maybe I missed one. I was embarrassed at how much I missed. Here is my pouch dump pic.

The city removes the houses by the creeks that flood often, and makes neighborhood gardens and greenways out of them. They took this whole side of the street out.

I only found good coins in one of the six or so lots. Eight pieces of silver (both hunts) came from this little backyard area. Zero from all the rest.

I believe that this is a “U” from a type set. Correct me if you know otherwise.

I got a Look aluminum token, and a 1944 Philippines coin.

Here are a couple of dirty silver pics.

One hole had both silver Rosies, a wheatie AND this Uncas Sterling ring in it.

I dug every repeatable signal above 40, there was a lot of trash, but it was well worth it. At the end of the 5 hours, I had a half dozen pieces of silver in my hand, and it felt good.

Here is a picture of all the goodies, including 15 wheaties and a sweet 1961 dog tag, shaped like a shield.

Thanks for looking and good luck on your hunts!
