I did a follow-up hunt on a homesite that I hit last weekend and only managed to get some wheats and an 1800 IHP. There is good history at this place but the people that lived there trashed it up pretty good. The house was tore down last year and the site got disturbed pretty good. I think there are more mason jar lids on this property than any other site I have ever hit. They sound good until you pinpoint. Anyway, got a couple wheats and some odds and ends relics and then as I was almost back to my truck, got a sweet silver sound. When I flipped the plug, the 41' merc was laying at the bottom of the plug. I have some great sites to hit this weekend and hopefully can get some old coins there. HH

Looks like your back to your old ways and still getting the nice ones Mark! I went to the Park across the road from my new house and scored a 1900 IH, 1923 merc,1905 barber, and a 1871 seated in just over an hour yesteday, but I can't figuire out how to size my pics down so I can post them LOL. I am looking forward to seeing the posts from this coming weekend, I know you'll kick butt!
