Hard to say for sure cause the disc will cut and knock chunks out of the rocks.

I get that idea. These all have 3 or more faces coming off of the same platform. On each core, the faces are similar sizes. I’m not certain that a disc or plow would be that even. I’m stabbing in the dark here, but core seems at least possible. I appreciate the in-put! 👍🏼

Look natural....
So, should a core exhibit flaking proof?
I’d guess that a few rock strikes to the platform would not leave a lot of “work” evidence.

You didnt include anything in picture for size reference or the demensions of the rocks.

The flakes look random and I wasn't looking for any flaking, looks natural or from farm work like you would see from water tumbling or farm equipment,

Also with out some kind of evidence of being worked, used or touched by man there is nothing that says artifact.

Here are 2 of my cores, one large, one small.

Good examples TH, very obvious flaking on them

Id say the top one is debitage but not the other two. Top is hard to say if it’s a core. No size reference. Most of the cores I’ve found are about baseball size with one main platform on top and blade removals along the sides like TH lower pic.
