Small axe head

I found these axe heads in my yard. Any ideas on the mini 2 inch long head? Old strange toy?

Yep, I have one that I bought to shingle a house with, works ok with asphalt or fiberglass shingles too, but the sharp end was designed to split shakes. Monty

The small size of your old axehead could be due to it being a kid's toy or possibly (but not likely) a salesman's sample. Nice find, whatever the reason it was made. Very unique I would think.
