Small bisque doll?

Found 2 of these small dolls. They are 3" tall and are marked Germany on the back. I believe they are bisque dolls. Any information would be appreciated.

Are there any maker's marks ? Simon and Halbig made bisque dolls. But theirs were more expensive. You can Google or check on ebay. Look like these were made for forgein trade. You could take them to an antique dealer to apprase them.
