Actually found this fossil (or what I believe to be a fossil anyways) a couple years ago. But misplaced it and recently found it again while cleaning out my closet. Originally found it while walking on a trail to the lake by my house have found plenty of cool rocks on the trails to the lake and by the lake. Probably was only about a 1/4 mile from the lake or less when i actually picked this guy up, just stuck out at the time. Was sorta dark didn't really think fossil till I got home and looked at it a bit more, thought it was cool put it on my desk for a while....And then it disappeared for a while till recently lol.... :laughing7:

So now I'd like to figure out what this sucker is. The pictures don't do it justice, of course that's probably my cameras fault (cheap phone cameras). But all the same I hope the pictures help in IDing. Thanks for your helps guys :icon_thumright:.

Location - Manchester, NH roughly 1/4 mile from (Lake Massabesic)

Sorry, it looks like a rock to me. Maybe others will have different opinions.

If I may ask, what kind of fossil do you think it is? (Bone fragment, leaf impression, ammonite, etc.)

knowing that might help me since I cannot see it in person.

Heh actually I had no opinion on the type it was, just sorta had a feeling it was a fossil. ;s

umm, I don't see it, but then I need new glasses
