I found this in Lake Havasu AZ yesterday and I'm curious as to what it came off of. Any ideas?

Maybe an RC boat

It's a propeller for an RC racing boat - company ABC Props, 2821 series of propellers.

May not be the exact model, but same series:

This ABC RC boat prop is for a 1/4" (.250) shaft size- we offer a reducer to adapt to 3/16th (.1875") shaft.

Those RC boats are cool. Really fast! A friend went fishing in a pond and got a bite. He pulled up an RC submarine someone lost.
