Very nice find! Tried my local fairgrounds almost a year ago and found a lot of clad, but was chased off by a grumpy groundskeeper before I could zero in on any silver. Are you going to be able to go back? I would! HH!

I read the caption and that is the settings I run on my CTX. Maybe I can get that lucky one day.

My best was 7 wheat's, 3 Roosevelt's and 1 Mercury from the same hole.

Our Fairgrounds are my go to spot, it is also a large County Park/multi use event center. Lots of grounds keeper/workers, very nice, just curious, and amazed that I find anything. I hit it about once a week. I discovered there are even three old home sites (1897-1916) within the foot print of the park, during my winter research!!! Come on Spring
