Small silver coin

Can anyone help me identify this small silver coin
Measures 11 mm in diameter. The image appears similar
to that of Britannia however the head is looking to their right ( our left as we look
at it ) It is also very thin and resembles that of a hammered silver coin but I can not find
any reference to it in my coin book
Only one side is shown as the other side is worn
any help identifying would be appreciated

Yep, Venetian Solidino quite a common find in the UK, but nice.
