Hello all, my name's David and I'm, obviously, new to this group. I enjoy prospecting the most of all treasure hunting. My dad taught me when I was really young and I picked up metal detecting along the way. I'm from Washington State, the navy brought me to Portsmouth, Va, and now I'm on assignment in Japan as a mechanic for Northrop Grumman.
I haven't found my riches or anything super awesome, just awesome to me, haha. I have a Garrett ace 350 that works but will be replaced soon. I have a few sluices but my lady just bought me a Gold Hog raptor highbanker for christmas!!!! can't wait to use it.
Coolest thing I've done to date, hunting in japan. There are many treasures, coins, WW2 relics, gems, and placer gold.
