Found this while relic hunting a Civil War campsite area in South Louisiana, recently! Good strong high 80s on my ATMAX! Appears to be silver but very thin! The two-hearts look to be hand engraved! Ornate ring design but broken! Any ideas what it might be would be greatly appreciated!

It's very old regardless, and hand-crafted.
