Soccer Field Hunt Produces ... Gold in the Hole!

[Silver Slayer]

Got out early Sat morning to beat the heat of summer with The Hawk and headed to a Soccer Field we have had our eye on. My mind set was to forget the clad signals and just dig solid trash low signals like Nickels, foil and pull tabs on the M6. the 3rd target out of the car I received was a strong +8 to +10 Foil signal and there it was Gold in the hole at about 3".

Upon clean up 10K 2 grams! The stones are only CZ's but I can't complain its a ring and it's gold!

Evolution that's funny because I have never found a Gold Locket or Gold Pendant. Maybe in the future we can find the items that we both have not found

I have that exact ring (if memory serves)! Picked it up on a florida beach, years ago! LOL!
I'd post a pic, but I got everything locked up tight at another locale (i'll try to remember to take camera with me when I go there).

Nice find. That's pretty much why I dig my low 40s on mine. Amongst the foil and pull tabs. You'll find a ring or two. On a soccer field I had found a Sterling Silver. No gold yet. But I haven't been back since. Lol. Moved to Mesa but still get by old house to see clients. It's too hot to leave detector in truck now. Ughhhh
