Some amazing Viking finds ..

Floored. See you pulling out that much silver topped with viking stuff is hard...especially this time of the year! What is that decorated lump of bronze? Great finds!

Thanks..In the middle of the film was a part of key from around year 12-1300

Your dirt is kind to your finds! WOW

They are not used fertilizers, most cow manure, it's just grass production as it plowed about 1 once every 10 years. in addition, it is much calcareous coral sand, so most items in good condition.

Wow!
Did everyone do as good as you? What was the item at 1:45?
Excellent finds!

It´s a Viking fibula....Normally we find them only in pieces .. plow plowing them into pieces

When I see this stuff my heart starts pumping. All I can say is awsome. Great finds

Awesome finds! Nothing against the British folks and their finds on this site, but why should they find all the very, very old stuff compared to our mostly colonial stuff. Our country doesn't have the long history that European countries do. but thank God for the Vikings. Is it documented that they were any other place than the great lakes area? Would love to find some stuff like that. Is there such thing as Viking gold?

Thanks... yes it´s some Viking gold too like what I did find 2 years ago..

That video is crazy to me. I can imagine finding so much old silver...not to mention the Viking items!

The Brooch is a Tortoise shell brooch. Viking woman wore pairs of these oval brooches to fasten the shoulder straps of a tunic worn over other garments.. Each brooch was made in two layers: a lower shell can be seen through an openwork upper shell decorated with stylised animals and bosses.
Stunning Find and Banner for sure...Very Rare in this country, perhaps still quite Rare in your part of the world.:notworthy:

SS

Right Silver Searcher but it´s to type of the brooch one type with two layers and one type with one layers like this brooch.. This is the first I know about fund with metal detector in north-Europe thats is intact and not broken by the plow.. so very unusual find...
