I was able to get out for my once a week hunt in Az.. 3 Wheat pennies and 1 Mercury dime 1937, an ornate silver handle for a table knife, an old advertising good luck token for Skyrider shoes for boys circa 1930's, a delegates badge for the National Irrigation Congress which was in existence from 1891 to 1916. They met in different cities in Western states each year and they met in Phoenix in 1896 which I think would date this to then. 2 state tax tokens, one for Arizona and 1 for Oklahoma which states "for old age assistance" which means I would qualify, and an early Model T type Schrader valve stem. It was hot and the ground was hard as concrete, but I always enjoy the hunt. As always thanks for looking and if you are hunting in the southwest stay hydrated. Temps are to get close to the 100 degree mark here in the valley this weekend. 93 right now at 3:30 in the afternoon.
