That's actually one of the smaller ones. Some of the older fancy buckles were huge.

I did see the link where someone posted a similar buckle back in 2009. My buckle has the date embossed differently and above the 18 on the left side are the letters P T D. I guess that stands for patented. Would this still be a shoe buckle? What would something like this be worth?
