✅ SOLVED Some Kind Of Old Axe Head?

Found this at an old house site, house was demolished about 70 years ago...no hole in the middle for a handle, but thin on one side with a slight curve. Some kind of tool but not sure what it could be. Any help appreciated.

I thought that too, but it's pretty thin on the cutting edge.

There were smaller, thinner wedges for splitting kindling, etc. People would use a hammer with those.
