Some kind of quartz geode ???

Hello found this n the surface on a wooded hillside. Have been searching the net but I’m struggling to find something similar. Any help would be much appreciated thanks

Agate/Quartz geode, very cool specimen, is that a amythst band just beneath the quartz crystals or just the lighting? Also did you find it cut already or did you cut it yourself? If you cut it, there are probably more, time for some digging

Hello Steve thanks for the reply. I believe it is a faint band of Amythst there’s also a red colour in there aswell. It’s a strange find! I didn’t cut it but the area I found it is not where anyone would walk I find a lot of old glass bottles in the area but they get washed out the soil over time and roll down the hill. Also why would someone have this in their pocked to drop it in the first place !! Very strange unless placed as some kind of ritualistic thing as the area has a history of witch craft and occult dealings !!! Thanks again need to research quartz and it’s meanings to the occult as to why it may have been placed there

I'm not much of a believer in the occult but I've also seen things I dont believe as well, like shadow people, I was doing a demolition job with a friend a few years back, it was an old jehovah witness compound a friend of ours bought, he wanted to turn it into a nursing home, he told us he's had to call the cops several times on people breaking in and setting up camp, even caught someone trying to steal the copper piping once lol, so we would check the whole place every morning before we'd start, everything was cool there until we found some strange sh** hidden behind a huge mirror we had to strip off the wall, literally that same day me and my buddy were heading to the basement and at the same time we see a couple dark shadows run along the wall, we started yelling were calling the cops so just leave now, as we checked the whole basement/bottom level of the compound we couldn't find anyone and I noticed something as we were heading out, the ground was littered with trash and broken glass and every step we took you made a lot of noise but we didn't hear a peep when we saw the shadows, I mean you could hear a cricket fart it was so quiet, I still dont believe but that's a true story, if you notice anything by taking that stone like anything weird at all, I'd put it back where you found it lol...
