I stopped at a few banks today looking for halves whlie I was driving around working (my job is great for CRHing) and I had some very good finds:
Bank 1:
nothing
Bank 2:
$6 in big dollar coins - all clad Ike's
$.50 in halves - one '64 (100% success)
Bank 3:
$100 in cwr halves - 100% complete skunk (very obviously a dump). This was the bank I was going to get some $200 or so in Ike rolls but they were all gone so I just got skunked with some halves instead.
Bank 4:
no halves
$34 in $2 bills - hoping for some red seals but no luck
Bank 5:
$13 in big dollar coins - all clad Ike's
$3 in halves - one '64 and three 40%ers
Bank 6:
nothing
Bank 7:
$1.50 in halves - skunk
Bank 8:
nothing
Bank 9:
nothing
Bank 10:
$30 in cwr halves - 6 40%ers, 3 BF's ('51S, '52 & '60) and one '42 WL
There was 1 BF and at least 1 40%er in each roll and the 3rd roll had 1 40%er, 1 BF, & the WL.
$10 in an orange/yellow & white Caesars Atlantic City mwr half wrapper - skunk but interesting wrapper

nothing
Bank 12:
nothing
Bank 13:
$179.25 dump of today's clad halves and some nickel's I searched in the past 2 days (found a silver '44D nic just last night)
Total finds for today:
9 40%ers, 2 '64 Kennedy's, 3 BF's & 1 WL
Not bad for such small searches.
Finding silver @ face is oooooh so great!
