Some pics from Frodov's Camera (July 21, 2007)
Some pictures I took today, some better than other.. some, not so much. I think I was more out of focus this morning than the camera was, but I got better as the day progressed. <grin> Enjoy!
Wild flowers (weed) growing in a pot outside my garage door. I like the little yellow blossoms and this thing just KEEPS blooming. Well look at all the buds yet to bloom!

Here is the pine tree in my front yard that was struck by lightning the other day. This tree is barely twenty feet from where I'm typing this very message in! YIKES. Well, the damage isn't all that impressive till you realize that the bolt hit the top of the tree and exited the BOTTOM of the tree..

And I never have found the missing bark. I'm thinking it was vaporized! ZZZAP!!!
More trees, this time it's the BoyScout Forest in Jacobson Park. When the Scouts hold their Jamboree here in Lexington they set up their tents in amongst the trees, lots of soft pinestraw on the ground and lots of shade above.

That's all for today! Maybe more tomorrow. Or at least sometime soon in the near future. HH all!
