Some Really Nice Finds

This last weekend the wife and I had permission to hunt the ranch again. My wife found three nice side-notches, and one was rather nice other than the one ear broken. She also found a heart-breaker of a knife. I was fortunate to find one that was on my "bucket list". It was a super nice Eden point, but was missing the very tip. I also found what looks like the bases of a couple Eden's also. I also found two thumb-scrapers and one of them is the smallest that I have ever found.

Looks like a pretty successful hunt. I haven't been out looking in some time now. The area I was finding bits and pieces close by has not produced much in the last few times I looked and it's never really been a great spot, just one close to home. Still it's a nice little spot that hasn't been overrun by this never ending urban sprawl around here yet where I can find a tiny bit of peace.

That Eden is a rare and fantastic find regardless of tip. The work that went into Eden is un matched. I think only the best Cody flaked was allowed to make an Eden. Congrats!

The Eden point is awesome! Did you check the tip closely? It may be a chisel tip.

Wow, that Eden is beautiful! I also really like the side notch with the dinged ear. Heck of a day
