Found this whilst out at a local market would love to return to the gentleman in question or his family how should I go about it.

The inscription reads SGT J.P RIGBY, 255 SIGNAL SQN BAHRAIN

The 255th Signal Squadron served in Bahrain between June 1960-1964; then again between June 1967-December 1971. More recently, the squadron served in Krefeld, Germany from 1994 to perhaps the present day.
