Looks like a partial mis-strike. What year is it.

I have a simular one, a 1964 Nickel, the entire coin/both sides is like that. But can't get that good a close up though. How'd you do that?

I don't know the differances between mis-strikes and double dies either.

I also have quite a few clad half dollars that look like your's on the reverse side where the reading "half dollar" is. Never really knew for sure.
