well I had this week off of work and took the family up north for a couple of day. I had 3 outings over the week and managed a few keepers. first Monday, I drove a little further and attempted to locate a lost ring for a friend to no avail. I also met Mpostma that day and hunted a old fairgrounds near him for about 30-45 mins and found the 1862 Mexican coin (counterfeit 1 Reale as it turns out). Second was yesterday, when I tried a city lot for a couple hours and pulled the wheats and relics. Thirdly this morning when I drove to the house of a coworker who had told me her husband lost his wedding band in the yard about 8 years ago. This time I found it,
about an inch down after a half hour or so. The Barber dime was a bonus only a few feet away. The Barber pinpointed at a half inch. Couldn't believe it, had clad a couple feet away at 5.
Anyway, thanks for looking all. Nice to meet you Mark and thanks for sharing a spot with me. HH all, Griff
