Somebody can help ID of this?

We found this from our site in Philippines. This is copper spoon plated with gold(?)
But, cant know ID.

Looks like a spoon that has been painted gold. NOT saying you did... just saying that is what it looks like. Look at the backside of the spoon, you can see where it could have been plated, peeled off and painted over. Just sayin'

Early copper/plated flatware. I see a lot of plate but not much done in copper. Chances are slim for it being special but the info is on the other side of spoon. Read it and googling will give you more info.

It plated very well....It never been painted over.
