I found the same issue but, it seems that if I just kept retrying to load, eventually, it did. The pics were much smaller than the max too.

It's the crazy computer gremlin! Stuff like this usually happens when I try to do anything electronic.
I was only thinking about trying to post a pic, didn't try it, the whole site would shut down if I tried to up load a pic!
I have been having a little trouble lately switching forums supper slow at times on my I pad.
