I was passing by a home and saw someone in the back where they had just removed an old tool shed. I talked with the owner for a long time and got the go ahead. My son came back with me while talked some more. I shoveled some dirt for his foundation and he offered the junk they had pulled out before they tore it down. Did some detecting and came back the next day to help clean out his other shed. I couldn’t believe all the stuff. Lots of junk but it will help stock my little antique store for the summer. Made a new friend with quite a few lots to still go over!! I hope you like the pictures. Quite a few hand forged pieces. 2 cans of (high grade) ore I can’t wait to go through, and a jar, maybe dust from a mill I don’t know Some mining related items. Lots of what’s its, which I will probably post. Lots of junk and lots of fun!! Summer full of digging in 1 day!!! Love it!!! My 12 year old son found this flower on Mother’s Day detecting. The button box had some nicer things. I hope you all are finding the good stuff!!! 41CE3BFC-4F6F-4FB6-9BA9-072B3973374F.webp29F79856-260D-4C47-BD14-CDF9EA8FD7DC.webp1318379C-BC23-47BE-A097-7F8240E8C0CC.webpB77D5A80-F21A-435A-8C57-B206C2976A9E.webp9AD284FA-74BB-4990-94E0-FCF9312B3845.webpA15F4499-FD4F-438D-A80A-9ACFE8379084.webp4EB08C17-B221-46B7-8B91-42948201C874.webp3166BC34-16B2-48D9-BCF8-A2657DB876AF.webpDD4F44BA-F364-4A3E-8188-875B563867D9.webp26F97758-2CE9-47A4-B90E-E9B6C8D10D4C.webpAC3BC7B8-1890-47BB-9C36-F10DADBF0618.webpED989700-82C9-46A1-8C1D-06117E5EA109.webpEDBF118D-9476-4226-A5B6-4C946B2B3C63.webpAD5AD8BF-B24B-49D5-A200-607A5E9D3F1D.webp96B5C82C-1893-4065-B77A-4DF4F6B94B2B.webpB6AC22DA-6ECF-4318-864E-EEA25FDB7176.webp

Scored some cool items there!

Sweet haul !! Nice to know there are still some sheds like that still hiding . I found two of the Patterson’s tobacco tins in our old attic in Victor. Looks like a whole uniforms worth of Police buttons . Congrats !!!! Can’t wait to do some swinging

I have excellent shed stories. This will keep you busy for the summer

Excellent haul! My wife would kill me and I would be living in my shed if we did that! :laughing7:

Nice finds! What do you do with those old sinks? I see a lot of them around, here and there.

I like the old marbles, and in case you dont know, the cufflink looking things with the keystone like design are old saw medallions.

Wow,, I would be like a little boy in a candy store.
Thanks for sharing and congratulations.

Thanks GoDeep, sure was fun! Thanks Charlie, it’s a good time to be out, I’m going to hike out to foundation I found today hopefully! Please stop in anytime! Trdking, stuff sure gets buried and forgotten, good thing for us! Hi Basque, My little store is across the street sure makes it very convenient. She gives me the eye roll I know so well, but knows my excitement! Hi Old Pueblo, I had to go get a saw to prove to my wife that was what they were. I will post the sinks on Facebook Marketplace and drop the price to get rid of them. I love the drip pan and will keep it. My store is always 2 full. Someone came in yesterday and bought 2 shelves of old bottles. I easily have enough to fill them a few more times!! I plan on bringing the gentleman a little cash after a while. The doors already sold!

Thanks ATW, I’m still on a rusty rush, and am exited to root through some more, there was a lot not in the pictures!

Nice work. Lots of oldies in there. You did good and I wish you luck with your antique store. That sounds very interesting.

Great haul for your store! Congrats!!

It’s more of a hobby I love. My town is so small but I open on the busy summer weekends. I like to blow the tourist minds with treasure talk. I’ll pull out some nicer finds for the locals and it’s a great way to get permissions!!!

They are actually very salable. Big demand from restoration people.

Jackpot !! Those doors should sell pretty easily in your store. You should keep one for yourself, and make a Treasure Finds Epoxy door.

Thats some interesting old stuff.... My girls who are all grown up and gone now old play house became a shed for all the stuff I can't seem to get rid of. I got get in and organize it some time and sell off some of the stuff I just haphazardly put here and there in it, but it is a solution to my out of sight out of mind issue with mama.

I already sold the doors, no room for them but they are great sellers! I’ll look at that door when I get a chance thanks.

Pretty clean, you can see the floor. I’m impressed!!! What happens to me is I have a garage sale pile that grows to extraordinary heights, because I keep putting the sale off. There is always time later:)
