My first Thought, Not sure why. Local Coal mine.
Then I saw all the Concrete Blocks & Steel Bracing so I thought Under a City.
In the comments described as: "A private coal mine that had a rich owner"

Amazing Pennsylvania

Some thoughs to moving to Pa. after reading the many true stories about buried treasures, also Jeff may need help inrecovering some of them. Problem is Jeff deals with hand shakes, I deal with written contracts.
