Took this one while on my second vocation to Tennessee and the Smokies. God thats a beautiful place! I envy those who live there!

Yes granny we were there but not BECAUSE of the hurricane. It was a pre planned trip. We watched the weather channel in the cabin we stayed in and saw that our area was getting hit worst than expected. Baton rouge was on the west side of the storm, the worst. 16 days without electricity. Lots of trees on houses and power lines. The stores didn't have generators and couldn't pump gas. A real mess but we all got through it. Heres some hurricane Gustav pictures after the storm. The upside down trailor is at the airport.

Thanks for sharing more I thought I remebered that it was already a planned trip and that you all were lready there when the storm hit at home, hope ya'll did'nt have any damage! If ya got more pics post if you want!
