Thanks for the update and homework... I see the rules changed the day after I posted this.

I will add that I read the article and sadly, while she recinded the original order, she's still standing by her dicision and believes she was right - that is incredible!

So while the cops may now pursue criminals, she's not happy about it and really dosn't want them to - even though they will. I'm willing to bet she's on her last term. I'm sure you'll let me know how that turns out pigiron.

I have a keen interest in this and am attempting to get an interview by phone.
Knowing far away Australia is interested in the machinations of Wellford might
make her "open up".
Obviously my interest is in a dog related story that could come out of it.
If we get along I might get the police chiefs ear too.
In any event I'll publish a transcript here for interested readers.
I just hope they don't think I'm a crack head from the other side.
