Anytime there is really good wave action... there can be good bottom action...
items are "thrown up"... then they slowly work back in and down...
during and right after big surf are the best times to hunt in my opinion.
Always work the "cuts" and channels... pockets and shell beds.

Only advise is get out there an hit it. I sit here in -20 weather and only dream about it. Good luck my friends...

Amen...

Went to one of the local beaches in Palm Beach County, actually a few, wind gusts were kicking, waves creating a lot of water on the beaches. Checked the NOAA buoys and its definitely some peak wind activity. What do you guys think? I want to check out the situation tomorrow and find out how the sand moved and attack!

Heading to the BB Inlet tomorrow @ 0600...

It sucked. No cuts, just tons of sand piled on the beach. But the view was great!

Gonna give Miami Beach a try today.

Just checked the SB webcam. It's really blowing down there too.

On the Gulf side of the island..... different beaches offer different movement. You get to know the beaches, their current conditions and what wind or waves might do.... then you take your best guess which to hit.
