I know this is kinda late posting but is anyone going to this week long event? I hear there are hunts everyday with some nice prizes to be won.

I am sorry I didn't see this post sooner. I did not go this year because of a stress fracture to my knee. But I went last year
and had so much fun. It is a Great hunt. The State park campgrounds is one of the finest in Indiana. I highly recommend this
hunt for anyone next year. I will try to put some info on here about it, if I remember.

By the way, they have a fair at the same time of the hunt and it's FREE TO GET IN. The concession stand area is they say over a mile long. If you are looking for a fun week of metal detecting and a fun filled time in town at the Country Fair, don't miss this hunt next year.

I just heard from one of the participants that next year this week long event will be in June. They want to try and avoid the heat of late July. I hope to attend next year and as soon as I hear of any details I will let our member know.
