Sov GT Battery Pack Rebuild or Replacements

Just took the sov out for some field hunting. The 2 rechargeable packs only hold about an hours charge at best. Is there a cheap alternative to rebuild it or replace it? Not looking to spend money on AAs or rechargeable AAs.
