Spanish Cob ? PLEASE HELP ! !

I have what I am almost certain is a Spanish 8reale coin set in a solid 14k yellow gold "bezel" mount.
Anything more than that I do not know.. And any I would be grateful for any further information...

Attached will be photos of both sides of said coin.

First guess: Coin from the "Concepcion" sunk in 1641.
Mexico City mint; assayer "P" 1634-1665
No size nor weight given by the OP--so use 27 grams for an 8R and half that for 4R
